this is the view from my hotel room. Unfortunately I was sick for half my trip. I don't know if it was food poisoning or a stomach virus, but whatever it was was bad. But I'm almost better now, although still not 100% I absolutely love Chicago. I wish I could live there. I now remember how much I miss living in a big city. I guess I'm a big- city girl. I should mention the whole purpose of my trip. It was for willyums graduation in from UW-Milwaukee. I had more pictures but they were accidently erased from my phone. We arrived in Milwaukee on Saturday and left after the rather uneventfull graduation ceremony Sunday afternoon. From there we stayed in Chicago for 2 and a half days one of which I was totally incapacitated with that pesky stomach bug. So I cant really say I did to much except go shopping down the magnificent mile. We did manage to get to the art institute but my screaming son cut that trip short. Apparently he doesn't take a liking to the renaissance. And so here I am. Back in Louisville. Wishing I was still in Chicago.
